We are beyond excited to share the wonderful news that our very own Brad Gray is a finalist for the NDNA “Practitioner of the Year” award 2025.
This recognition highlights Brad’s dedication, expertise, and passion for his work at Spring Carousel. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated outstanding commitment to enriching the lives of the children in his care. As a finalist, Brad stands among other esteemed professionals who are making significant contributions to their communities. We couldn’t be prouder of his achievements and the positive impact he continues to have.
We spoke with Brad about his nomination and here is what he had to say:
It is a huge honour to be considered for the Practitioner of the Year award and I can only thank the support of the parents at Spring Carousel for getting me where I am in the competition and for all the staff I’ve worked with over the years, helping me grow, develop and learn as a practitioner.
We also spoke with Jade Arnold, Nursery Manager at Spring Carousel about Brad’s nomination, here is what she had to say:
Brad is a strong candidate for the Practitioner of the Year award due to his exemplary commitment to his role. His passion and enthusiasm positively impact both the children and the setting, and the feedback we receive from parents consistently highlights his effectiveness. Having a male practitioner at Carousel offers a unique and valuable perspective for the children, and Brad’s contributions elevate this experience even further. He consistently exceeds expectations in his duties, demonstrating dedication to both the staff and, most importantly, the children. The joy observed on the children’s faces reflects the significant influence he has in their lives, making him a deserving nominee for the award.
