Where you decide to use Spring Nurseries at Action For Children you will enter into an agreement for services and the legal basis will be contract or consent.

      Except for online identifier which is captured by using the website (see the Cookie Policy) all other personal information will only be collected if you decide to enter into an agreement with Spring Nurseries at Action For Children
