Spring Announced as Finalists for Three NMT Awards!

We are delighted to share the news that once again Spring Childcare are shortlisted for three NMT (Nursery Management Today) Awards!

Spring by Action for Children are shortlisted for the Nursery Group (over 10 settings) Award for the third consecutive year, recognising our achievements and the high quality of our care.

Emma Gardener, Quality Manager for early years and childcare adds “We are honoured to have been shortlisted for the NMT Nursery Group award for the 3^rd year in a row. Our teams have worked tirelessly, through what has been a tough time for the sector, to continue to provide high quality early years education to all of our children and their families. This year, we have enhanced our provision further focusing on developing children’s early communication and PSED skills through programmes such as Boogiemites and Nurturing Minds. We also continue to strengthen our enabling environments for children, understanding the importance of meaningful resources and positive relationships to give all our children the best start in life. This nomination speaks to the continued commitment and hard work of our team at Spring which enhances the experiences and outcomes for children in these formative years.”

Spring Bensham have been recognised once again for their bright, engaging, and inspiring setting and are shortlisted for the Nursery Indoor Learning Environment Award for the second year.

Helen Bowbly, Operations manager for Spring Bensham adds ‘I am very proud of the team at Spring Bensham in being shortlisted for the nursery environment award. Our environment is interesting, challenging and stimulating and the team reflect continuously on the learning opportunities provided for the children. I am excited to see what the NMT awards 2022 brings!’

And finally Rob Sherrington, Nursery Practitioner at Spring Bensham has been shortlisted for the nursery practitioner award. Rob added “I am amazed and thankful to be shortlisted for this years NMT Awards for Nursery Practitioner of the Year, I am proud to be part of the outstanding team here at Spring Bensham. I would like to thank Helen, Kelly and all my team for putting myself forward for this award.”
