About Spring Carousel

Spring Carousel is situated in an old school building and has 3 very spacious rooms. 0-2, 2-3 and 3-5.

We also offer a holiday club which is run from our preschool room in the holidays.

We are a 49 place setting and a 16 place holiday club setting.

We have a big spacious garden that backs on to a large playing field and big playground as well as a nature garden which the centre kindly allow us to use where the children can explore nature and have access to a lovely frogs pond.

We offer 2 year funding as well as 3 year funding with the additional 30 hours and offer a number of different sessions to cater to everyones needs.

We provide fun and stimulating activities for all children to learn and explore through their environment.

We have a sensory room onsite which has recently been refurbished and the children have really enjoyed using as part of their learning and development and our loose parts lab supports the curiosity approach which we are embedding into our setting.

We pride ourselves on inclusion and have 4 staff trained in Autism level 2 and 2 Staff trained in PANCO where they have implemented fun physical activities like yoga. We have a train link close by for easy travel for parents to access for work.

We have our meals prepared by a qualifed chef offsite who follows an accredited nutritional menu.

We pride ourselves on parent partnership where staff spend time getting to know the children and parents through settling in visits and learning about their interests so they can plan activities based around these.
