About Spring Cedars

Spring Cedars looks like a house and feels like a home for children in our care. The Nursery caters for 46 children per day, from babies to 4 years. There is a dedicated and highly qualified team who are passionate about children’s well-being. The learning environments encourage children to be curious, discover and learn through the provision of natural and open ended resources. Children have access to a large outdoor area, that includes a Mud kitchen, Forest school space and vegetable patch. Staff and children make regular trips to explore the local community, visiting the library, museum, local parks, woods and the beach. Healthy, nutritious and balanced meals and snacks are provide for children with all meals cooked on the premises by a qualified chef. Funded places available for 2, 3 and 4 year olds with flexible use of funding available. We are open 51 weeks of the year and are closed on Bank holidays.
