St Barts Day nursery has been established in Sandwich for over 20 years providing high quality education for children up to the age of 11 across both our nursery and out of school setting. Our nursery is located on Dover Road within a beautiful grade 2 listed manor house situated within an acre of land providing all children with access to an outdoor environment that is stimulating and allows children to explore within a safe environment.

Due to the nature of our building, all rooms are small and homely in feel, with lots of natural light being able to flood into the room through the beautiful sash windows. We also have a forest school in one of our gardens, as well as dedicated Physical Activity and Nutritional coordinators within the nursery. We also have staff that are trained in Boogie mites which provide children learning opportunities through music and movement.

We provide Baby ballet session for all ages brought in by a professional as well as weekly multi-sport sessions.

All our rooms provide and safe and stimulating environments for all the age ranges with a variety of activities carried out throughout the day. Are room work closely together to ensure the transition through to nursery is positive for the children.

Our staff are highly qualified with some staffing working for the St Barts since we first opened. We have a chef on site who cooks our Eat better start better accredited menu fresh from scratch each day. We have created links with the local schools over the years and use this to aid children with the transition from us to their next adventure.

With our Out of school setting also offering a local pick up from the schools we have many children who stay with us from babies to teenagers. Our goal across both our sites is to provide children with A caring, Safe and Comfortable environment in which they have the chance to learn and develop.
